"My husband passed suddenly leaving 12 cars. 9 of these were show cars, the other three were project cars, some in boxes. Mr. Lake was a God send. During the despair of losing my life-long mate, dealing with the attorneys and IRS, the entire inventory was inspected, appraised and liquidated at well over a million dollars. Other (former friends) who had known my husband had offered less than $100,000 for the entire collection. In summary, honest and ethical in a time I needed an angel".

I bought a special edition "Hot Rod" Camaro new from a local dealer who assured me it would increase in value. 5-years later, things changed in my life and I had to sell the car. I went to the dealer and they offered me $5,000 less than what Mr. Lake got for the car. All I had to do was sign the title and Mr. Lake got a wire transfer while I was signing the title. Very professional!

We experienced a major loss during a natural disaster. Over half of our collection was lost and the insurance company was not cooperating. Mr. Lake researched our documentation of the total loss vehicles and negotiated what was adequate to cover our losses.

I was left with an active 3 number Delaware Black and White license plate and a 1959 Cadillac from my parents estate in Delaware. A Delaware car dealer offered me $10,000 for the car and license plate. Mr. Lake evaluated the market value of the car and license plate, marketed them for me and the proceeds were $95,000 more than the car dealer had offered. Mr. Lake also handled every detail of the process all the way to arranging transport to the buyer. I never had to do anything except deposit the proceeds.
